Remote Call Center Customer Service Rep.

Remote - Work from home.

We are seeking call center customer service agents. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with our client's products and/or services. Duties include answering customer calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues. This is a remote position and will need to have a secured location within home or area free of distractions and accompanying noises.

Responsibilities:

· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

· Review customer accounts, providing updates and information.

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

· Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using apps.

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

· Understand and execute company values and mission.

Must provide proof of education (diploma, G.E.D., college, or trade school accreditation, etc.) to be considered for this position. - THIS IS A NON-NEGOITABLE REQUIREMENT.


Need to be tech-savvy and have above-average computer skills.


Must be available to work 100% remotely on a permanent schedule.


Certain lines of business are open seven days a week 8 AM-8 PM so schedules are staggered to accommodate our business needs. To be clear this a structured scheduled position that requires rep to work the assigned scheduled in a quiet and distraction free environment.


Training schedule is 9 AM-5:30 PM, M-F. First day of training is in person (all day) - 5 weeks virtual - 2 weeks of nesting.

After training, work schedule will be scheduled accordingly to fit company hours of operation.

Will need to have internet speed of at least 10mbps - NO SATELLITE INTERNET.


Will need to pass all background checks, verifications and drug test.


Covid vaccination proof preferred but not required.

Salary: $16.00 per hour.
