The successful candidate will conduct telephone health survey interviews (Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System survey) pursuant to written scripts and quality standards, to help the team meet the annual goal of 6,500 complete surveys. The purpose of the BRFSS survey is to collect uniform state-wide data on preventive health practices and risk behaviors.
An ideal candidate will have:
- One year of experience conducting telephone interviews.
- Ability to accurately ask questions and record associated responses.
- Ability to use computer and associated technology to ask questions and record responses.
- Ability to fluently converse in English and Spanish. (preferred but not required)
- Willingness and ability to take required training and receive feedback.
- Willingness and ability to follow all policies and guidelines.
The position is hybrid. The individual can work from home most of the time but is required to come to the office located in Santa Fe occasionally (no more than 25% of the shifts).
THE INDIVIDUAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ALL TRAINING IN OFFICE IN SANTA FE. Once the individual has completed training, the individual can work from home most of the time but is required to come to the office located in Santa Fe occasionally (no more than 25% of the shifts)

Salary: $17.85 per hour.
